An ongoing graphic design project for a digital book named “ The Red Dove “. The story is about a girl’s ghost trying to understand how she died after losing all her memories
As the novel refers a lot to flower names as codes for the investigation, I decided to animate flowers blooming on the chapters numbers. Each flower is drawn in white outline to mimic a ghost, a spirit.
For the title’s font, the goal was to representing the protagonist’s memories washing away like ink on paper would do with water.
